Joseph discovered early in life that Real Estate was his true calling when he had the opportunity to work with family members in buying, managing, and renovating turnkey and investment properties. His early interest in the field kick-started his career in Real Estate, and after graduating University in 2006, he began working for a multi-faceted real estate development company.
Over the years, he has also had the opportunity to help move hundreds of homebuyers into their new homes and make them proud new homeowners and he has helped sellers market and strategize the sale of their property’s in a stress free environment.
Joseph has all the necessary credentials to guide buyers, sellers, investors and renters in the right direction when it comes to their real estate needs. He is always in tune with current market conditions, market trends, and updating his skills and knowledge to lead his clients forward.
Joseph was the recipient of the Ontario Real Estate Association Prize in 2009 for Academic Excellence and Achievement at York University. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree and a Professional Certificate in Real Estate from York University.
